We offer a 60 day money back guarantee on all of our products. This guarantee covers the fabrics, stitching and workmanship of the nappies. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage or failure to follow our simple care instructions. If you do encounter a problem with your nappies, please contact us. We will replace any defective item free of charge. An emailed photo of the damaged product or similar evidence will be required.  

We will continue to honor previous guarantee arrangements for customers who purchased items prior to 01/08/08.

Privacy

The Green Nappy Company respects our customers' privacy. We will never disclose or sell contact details (including email addresses) to any third party. The Green Nappy Company does not handle payment transactions directly. Online payments are made via direct bank deposit or secure PayPal only. We do not have access to your financial details.

Shipping and Handling within Australia

Orders up to and including $120 incur a postage and handling charge of $7.95. Orders over $120 are posted free of charge. Orders are shipped via courier or Australia Post. Courier delivery requires a signature on delivery. Should a package require redirection to an alternate address after postage, the courier may charge an additional fee. Please therefore check that you will be able to accept the package (during normal working hours) at the address you provide. If you prefer the package to be left unattended at the address, please indicate so when you order (there is a special instructions box). If you require a different method of postage, please contact us (through our Contact Us page) and we are happy to assist.  

For orders outside Australia, please contact us for shipping charges before placing your order. We will use Australia Post for overseas shipping.

Orders and Payment

Orders are placed via our website. We accept payment via PayPal or direct deposit (using your own internet banking). PayPal is a secure online facility that accepts credit cards or debit cards. Read more about PayPal at www.paypal.com.au

We will accept returns of unused, unwashed nappies in their original condition even if you simply change your mind. All labels must remain attached to items you want to return. You must contact us within 14 days of purchase if you wish to return nappies. We cannot accept returns of used or washed nappies, unless there is a problem with the nappies covered by our guarantee. Please contact us if you encounter any problems. Refunds will be via the same method as your initial payment. We will not refund postage or handling charges for returns unless the product is defective.
